This 4-week workshop will meet each Monday in May and cover the foundational
postures in yoga that are required to build a strong, safe, and supported
practice. This is the perfect class for the beginning yoga student or any
current practitioner that would like to deepen their practice and fine-tune
their postures. Eva's rich teaching style and intuitiveness creates an
environment that nurtures and guides participants with ease and comfort,
allowing them to embrace their own bodies and personal yoga style.
Classes begin Monday, May 7th and will meet through Monday, May 28th
Cost is $55 for workshop and participants must bring their own yoga mats
